It's pretty amazing what can be accomplished with a good crinoline and a wide belt, which is exactly what was done to this rather boring dress from the 90s. It's a shiny knit, with small pleats. With a collar that stands up and the short dolman sleeves that look like they're rolled up, rockabilly style, this can pass for a High Fashion, New Look 50s dress. Just add that crinoline
