It was awarded to mothers and widows (next-of-kin) of Canadian soldiers who died on active duty or whose death was consequently attributed to such duty

I didn’t keep a record of how many of those we did but we did quite a few

marked on the loop and the suspension bar with a boars head

A lot of two Third Reich German medals and awards in near very fine condition
