Description
a Clear PVC structured shrug
Measure around the centre of your neck and include it in the comments of the order
Our apologies but because of how unique and high quality the flexible glow in the dark sheeting we’ve commissioned for these pieces is the price is higher than most of our clothing
The last few images show it worn with a PVC Victorian cape
The construction and tapered sides of head and neck give you the best possible fit and it opens from the back with a slim zipper
