It's hard work

nearly caramelized while also mineral – there is that woolly sweetness that shows in Chenin Blancs with some age

even that glimpse is like a trip to the IMAX theater

with a strong limestone component to preserve acidity in the grapes

and founded Nibiru to work

K Vintners Boushey Vineyard Syrah Motor City Kitty 2021 biodynamic It's hard work"The aromas leap out of the glass. Wet earth, tapenade, green peppercorns, volcanic ash and tea leaves. Hints of orange peel. Its electric on the palate, so savory, so earthy and so minerally, with stemmy and tea like tannins. The freshness and energy are astounding, and the finish just keeps going. Delicious syrah." 99 points James Suckling
