Morrigan PVC shrug Clear PVC Clothing or black zippersElegant and theatrical shrug. We've ruched the top of the sleeve, split it down the center and sewed the ruffled center to a working zipper. You can open and close the sleeve center as desired. Slightly raised neckline and 2 working zippers are placed in the back of the design. Does not come with the matching Morrigan dress shown. Available in all store colours with white, red, or black zippers. Shown in metallic red (out of stock), black, and matte
