Chaya Cloud 9's Outdoor Wheels 4 Pack Park Roller Skates Complete with all-new 60mm UNDERCOVERThe Chaya Cloud 9's wheel is a high quality, highly durable wheel designed for outdoor skating. The wheel uses a soft urethane at 78A for a smooth and heavenly feel when skating on asphalt, however the narrow profile of the wheel also allows for increased agility.
