"Fluffy triple IPA doused in Citra and Mosaic

pilsner malt and left to age

"For us the naturalness of the product is obvious being the first who produced a wine with zero added sulphurous dioxide

Palate: Initially zesty with citrus notes of lemon cheesecake and an oiliness typical of a Campbeltown whisky

This is the biggest beer we’ve ever hit with our signature TDH treatment and we couldn’t be more stoked with how it has turned out

Acme Vineyards - Chardonnay 2024 750ml COL-TrappistAbbey "Fluffy triple IPA doused in"A delicate Chardonnay that's defined by its lively acidity and subtle complexity. Floral and ethereal on the nose, the white flowers develop towards citrus and grassy notes. On the palate, the wine builds weight and generosity through the subtle integration of oak, malolactic fermentation and flavours of grapefruit, baking spices and stonefruits. An expression of Chardonnay that typifies the Adelaide Hills, exhibiting elegance with ease." Acme
