Les Lendemains Qui Chantent, 2021 Beaujolais Grapes: Pinot NoirWine from our favourite East German, Axel Prfer. Here this magnum allows for double the fun. 20 day maceration of 100% Grenache Noir grown on a north facing slope and soils that consists of basalt, limestone and schist soils. Rich, but also fresh and very joyful. Will disappear quicker than you can say Languedoc.
