Yugen - Saperavi Novello 2023 750ml eofy23 Region: Williamstown North"2023 Saperavi from King Valley. 3 days naturally fermenting on skins then pressed to stainless steel tanks to finish ferment and age on lees for 18 months. No fining or filtration." Yugen "From King Valley and a mere three days on skins. What a fun wine, but also kinda serious. It has the shimmer of tannin that sets up refreshment factor, a sluice of raspberry, cherry, fennel and light green almond characters. Nice one. Youd not guess saperavi per se
